Creation of a website that contains:

• Lots of useful background information for customers (takes the place of pamphlets and brochures).
• Creation of an Online Memorial Service that provides an obituary, service information, cemetery information and driving directions.
• User-friendly administration tools were installed, enabling clerical-level staff to make changes to the website.
